If you are looking for the ideal Christmas gift then you will enjoy this. I'm really excited about this. Somehow socks were never really on my knitting/crochet radar as something I wanted to do. Seemed fiddly, and to be honest quite thankless work that would take forever... I honestly don't know how I stumbled across these but it is pure genius!   Fast Knit Socks Knit flat on two needles, these shortie socks are quick to complete: cast on after breakfast; bind off after lunch! Knit flat from cuff to toe and back again, these join-as-you-go socks provide opportunities to add attractive color changes and sturdier yarn for high-traffic soles. Two Needle Sock Pattern Over Easy socks are knit flat and use short row shaping to create a cozy heel and toe. Slipped stitches and clever joins along the sides provide a seam-as-you-go option that is easy to execute. The bifurcated heel with its short row gusset provides a more comfortable fit across the instep as well as greater heel depth on the back of the foot. These short socks stay up! These are the perfect knit socks for high instep. This knitting pattern includes detailed written directions, front and back images, an assembly diagram, sizing advice for gift knitters, and adjustable foot/leg length. Sizes: Baby S (Baby L, Toddler S, Toddler L, Child S, Child L)(Adult XS, S, M, L, XL). Want to start knitting now? I know I do! Get yours here.

I designed this with beginners in mind who maybe haven't crocheted many garments before, although it's such a quick make for anyone, any age! The design gives a beautifully meshy drape which has lots of ease and is really great to throw on over a top or shirt, or even worn over a bikini for the beach with a pair of shorts. It's made of two identical pieces back and front and I used this lovely slightly metallic/cotton/acrylic yarn for a subtle sparkle. I'm a size 14 and am wearing the medium size, but it's very flexible. Worked bottom up and with UK written instructions and a stitch chart included. To fit sizes 30-34, 36-40, 42-46, 48-5, 54-58 in Actual size, approximately 44, 50, 56, 62, 68 in Length, approximately 22, 23, 23, 24, 24 in Rico Fashion Cotton Métallisé (130 metres /142 yards per 50g ball) 2, 3, 4, 5, 5 x 50g balls in Steel Grey 005 2, 3, 4, 5, 5 x 50g balls in Titanium 011 2, 2, 3, 3, 3x 50g balls in Crystal 012

A loose fit jumper featuring some very sweet colour work! This design uses the Fair Isle method for the body and simple stripe colour changes for the sleeves. This pattern is in multiple sizes to fit a chest/bust from 81cm/32 in to 122cm/48in. Techniques include knit and purl stitches, ribbing, simple increases and decreases and Fair Isle colour work from charts.

Jumper Knitting Pattern for Women

With several neck options, Valley Yarns B1 Basic jumper with dropped shoulders is hugely versatile and a fantastic way to experiment with different yarns. This pattern is knit in pieces, bottom-up. Finished Measurements: 36 (40, 44, 48, 52)” chest Yarn Requirements:      DK Weight – Approximate 1200 (1400, 1600, 1800, 2000) yards      Worsted Weight – Approximately 1000 (1200, 1400, 1600, 1800) yards      Bulky Weight – Approximately 800 (900, 1000, 1100, 1200) yards Needles: In a size that gives you the desired gauge and needles a size or two smaller for the ribbing, also 16” circular in the smaller size for the neck ribbing. Gauge: It’s especially important to make a gauge swatch for this pattern. Knit a large swatch (4” - 6” square) at the gauge you’d prefer for the yarn. Most yarn has a recommended gauge on its tag, which is a useful guideline. Wash and block the swatch the same way you’ll wash the jumper. Measure how many stitches and rows you have in 4” (this helps accommodate for an uneven gauge), then divide by 4 to figure out how many stitches and rows you have per inch. In order to knit at any gauge, directions are given in inches instead of a stitch count. So if the directions say to cast on 20” worth of stitches for your size, and your gauge is 4 sts to the inch, you’ll cast on 80 sts.

Jumper Crochet Pattern for Women

This Basic Crochet jumper from Valley Yarns is worked from the bottom up in pieces in versatile half-double crochet with multiple neckline options, designed to be easy to adapt to many different stitch patterns, gauges or styles. Finished Measurements: Shown in size 36"      Bust – 36 (40, 44, 48, 52)”      Length – 24 925, 26, 27, 28)" Yarn Requirements: The sample used 14 balls Valley Yarns Northfield (70% Merino Wool/ 20% Baby Alpaca/ 10% Silk; 50g/124yds)  shown in 24 Stone Blue     DK Weight – Approximately 1800 (2000, 2200, 2400, 2600) yards    Worsted Weight – Approximately1500 (1700, 1900, 2100, 2300) yards  Bulky Weight – Approximately 1200 (1400, 1600, 1800, 2000) yards Hooks: The size that gives you your desired gauge Gauge: It's especially important to make a gauge swatch for this pattern. Crochet a large swatch (4–6” square) at the gauge you'd prefer for the yarn. Most yarn has a recommended gauge on its tag, which is a useful guideline. Wash and block the swatch the same way you'll wash the jumper. Measure how many stitches and rows you have in 4” (this helps accommodate for an uneven gauge), then divide by 4 to figure out how many stitches and rows you have per inch. In order to be crocheted at any gauge, directions are given in inches instead of a stitch count. So if the directions say to chain 20” worth of stitches for your size, and your gauge is 4 sts to the inch, you'll chain 80 sts.

Florescence is a captivating knitting pattern that offers two stylish options: a sweater with long sleeves or a t-shirt with short sleeves. The standout feature of Florescence is its delicate lace sleeves, reminiscent of spring leaves unfolding. The body of the garment is knit in stockinette stitch, with a slightly cropped length that can be adjusted to preference. This pattern is available in 12 sizes, ranging from 34” to 58.5” at the bust, and should be worn with some positive ease for a comfortable fit and flattering drape. Florescence can be crafted with fingering weight yarn and a fluffy lace strand (cashmere or mohair), or with a single strand of DK weight yarn. With its top-down raglan construction, Florescence combines elegance with ease, making it a must-have addition to any knitter’s spring and summer closet. **Garment circumference at bust:**34 (35.75, 38.25, 40) (42.5, 45, 48.5) (51, 52.75, 54.25) (57.75, 58.5)" Yarn and yardage Fingering + lace weight mohair OR DK weight yarn

Men's Sweater Crochet Pattern

This cool sweater for men has a beautiful texture on the front, on the cuffs, and on the shawl collar.
